The task was clear: Create a laid-back summer party for the employees at our client's headquarter. They wanted to embrace a chill, lounge vibe, complete with a summer atmosphere and have a fun and fantastic celebration - together.

We completely revamped our clients parking lot, erecting a massive 55 x 25-meter tent to host an incredible BBQ party for their employees. Upon arrival, participants were greeted with a lively atmosphere, engaging in games while indulging in street food from various stations lining the street. Inside the tent, we curated distinct zones with long tables and benches, each boasting a unique aesthetic to bring the bohemian BBQ celebration to life. The ambiance was complemented by beautiful flowers, herbs, and vibrant plants.
Our comprehensive services encompassed full concept development, the creation of branded and designed materials, meticulous project management, tent setup, catering for food and drinks, entertainment, and a stellar onsite staff to ensure everything ran seamlessly.
Not only did we have amazing artists perform on stage to get the dancefloor going, but during the evening, we had several pop-up entertainments on the floor and outside the tent. People gathered around the entertainment while having small parties during the performances making the event a success. Colorful lights and pennants hanging on the tent's ceiling and in the street created that summer feeling the client was looking for, and the employees had the best night getting to know each other in an informal setting.
